| NRP1

Neuropilin-1 (NRP1) is a protein encoded by the NRP1 gene, located at 10p11.22. As a membrane-bound coreceptor, it functions as a tyrosine kinase receptor for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and semaphorin family members. NRP1 plays multifaceted roles in angiogenesis, axonal guidance, cell survival, migration, and invasion. It has been demonstrated to interact with vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA).

| Linearity
